Briefly describe the principle of hydrogen peroxide in oxidative hair dyes and its impact on product quality.Compare and analyze the main detection methods for hydrogen peroxide content in oxidative hair dyes, including chemical titration analysis(potassium permanganate method),pre column derivatization high-performance liquid chromatography, post column derivatization high-performance liquid chromatography, luminol chemiluminescence method, and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that post column derivatization high-performance liquid chromatography has high automation, wide linear range, low detection limit, and stable recovery rate, which is superior to the other three detection methods. It is suitable for large-scale rapid detection, but this method is relatively complex in operation and has high analysis cost; The chemical titration analysis method still occupies an important position in the analysis of hydrogen peroxide constant in hair dyes due to its advantages of simple operation, low precision, and low analysis cost.
