Gasified ash water can be said to be the"blood"of coal water slurry gasification equipment.Excessive quality of ash water can cause corrosion and scaling of system equipment and pipelines,restrict the long-term operation of GE coal water slurry gasification equipment,and seriously affect the efficiency of sewage treatment.Analyze the impact of key indicators such as pH value,hardness,alkalinity,suspended solids content,turbidity,chloride ion content,conductivity,ammonia nitrogen,and COD on the ash water system of coal water slurry gasification,and summarize targeted water quality control measures for each influencing factor to improve the stability and economy of gasification device operation.
