Establishment of the TLC Identification Method for Alangium Chinensein Jin Gu Lian Capsule
There is no identification method for star maple in the quality standard of Jin Gu Lian Capsules.A thin-layer chromatography identification method for star maple was established through experiments.The extraction results of different extraction solvents(methanol,ethanol,trichloromethane)and extraction times(15,30,60 minutes)were examined before treatment,as well as the development effects of two groups of developing agents:xylene ethyl acetate methanol(20∶10∶2)and xylene ethyl acetate methanol isopropanol ammonia water(20∶10∶2∶0.6∶0.3).The preparation method and development agent of the test solution were determined.The optimal choice;And verify the specificity,durability,and stability of the method through experiments.The results showed that in the chromatogram of the test sample,spots of the same color appeared at the positions corresponding to the chromatogram of the reference medicinal material,which could accurately identify the star maple in the Jingulian capsules.This identification method is easy to operate,with clear spots,strong specificity,good durability,and high stability.It is recommended to be used as the identification method for star maple in the quality standard of Jingulian capsules.
