甲磺酸对丙酸甲酯工业生产设备金属材质的腐蚀研究

摘要
在丙酸甲酯的生产过程中,一般需使用少量的甲磺酸调整体系酸值,随着甲磺酸的浓缩(浓度升高),会对设备造成腐蚀,通过试验研究压力 1.0 MPa、温度 100℃条件下含甲磺酸和甲醇的丙酸甲酯溶液对 316L不锈钢、哈氏合金C-276、SS2205 不锈钢、SS304 不锈钢、TA2 钛材的腐蚀情况,评价优选丙酸甲酯工业生产所用设备的材质.试验结果表明,丙酸甲酯工业生产设备材质优选SS2205 和C-276,结合经济因素,选择SS2205 更优.
Abstract
In the production process of methyl propionate,a small amount of methanesulfonic acid is generally used to adjust the system acid value.As the concentration of methanesulfonic acid increases,it will cause corrosion to the equipment.Through experimental research on the corrosion of 316L stainless steel,Hastelloy C-276,SS2205 stainless steel,SS304 stainless steel,and TA2 titanium materials by a methyl propionate solution containing methanesulfonic acid and methanol under pressure of 1.0 MPa and temperature of 100℃,the material of the equipment used for industrial production of methyl propionate is evaluated and optimized.The experimental results indicate that SS2205 and C-276 are the preferred materials for industrial production equipment of methyl propionate.Considering economic factors,SS2205 is the more optimal choice
