Analysis of the Motivation Strategies for Students in the"Pharmaceutical Chemistry"Subject in Vocational Colleges
"Pharmaceutical Chemistry"is a comprehensive discipline related to chemistry and pharmacy,and is a compulsory course offered in vocational colleges for majors such as drug production technology,drug quality and safety.In the traditional teaching of"pharmaceutical chemistry"courses,teachers often give lectures,which is difficult for students to understand and lacks enthusiasm for learning,especially in vocational colleges where students have weak foundations.Based on the characteristics of students and courses in pharmaceutical majors in vocational colleges,a series of strategies are proposed to clarify the course positioning,integrate ideological and political education into the curriculum,cleverly introduce the curriculum,improve teaching methods,optimize memory methods,and enhance personal charm,in order to stimulate students'learning motivation,enhance their subjective initiative,and thus achieve the goal of improving the quality of teaching in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry.
