摘要

全球范围内,碳排放权交易市场蓬勃发展,碳市场的金融化特征越发明显,以碳金融为代表的创新型绿色金融工具,在盘活碳资产、拓宽企业融资渠道等方面发挥着重要的作用.随着我国碳市场控排范围的逐步拓展,化工企业将成为我国碳市场的重要参与者,灵活运用碳金融工具,实现碳资产保值增值,对我国化工行业落实双碳目标,实现绿色低碳高质量发展有积极的推动作用.梳理碳金融内涵及相关概念,在分析我国碳金融工具运用情况的基础上,研究我国化工企业运用碳金融工具的现状并针对化工企业如何有效利用碳金融工具提出可行建议.

Abstract

On a global scale,the carbon emission trading market is flourishing,and the financialization characteristics of the carbon market are becoming increasingly evident.Innovative green financial instruments represented by carbon finance play an important role in revitalizing carbon assets and expanding corporate financing channels.With the gradual expansion of China's carbon market emission control scope,chemical enterprises will become important participants in China's carbon market.They will flexibly use carbon financial tools to achieve the preservation and appreciation of carbon assets,which will have a positive promoting effect on the implementation of China's dual carbon goals and the realization of green,low-carbon and high-quality development in the chemical industry.Based on the analysis of the connotation and related concepts of carbon finance,this paper examines the current situation of carbon finance tools used by chemical enterprises in China and proposes feasible suggestions on how chemical enterprises can effectively utilize carbon finance tools.
