浅析长链脂肪伯酰胺生产工艺与应用

摘要
长链脂肪伯酰胺广泛应用于石化、纺织、日化等行业,随着新材料和表面活性剂行业的迅猛发展,以及对长链脂肪伯酰胺及其衍生产物研究的不断深入,长链脂肪伯酰胺的应用领域也不断拓展,对长链脂肪伯酰胺的主要生产工艺路线(置换反应路线、氨解反应路线、脂肪酰氯与氨反应路线、长链脂肪酸与氨直接反应路线)及应用情况进行介绍,以期为长链脂肪伯酰胺生产技术的进步与应用发展提供参考.
Abstract
Long chain fatty primary amides are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals,textiles,and daily chemical products.With the rapid development of new materials and surfactants,as well as the continuous deepening of research on long-chain fatty primary amides and their derivatives,the application fields of long-chain fatty primary amides are also constantly expanding.This article introduces the main production process routes(displacement reaction route,ammonolysis reaction route,fatty acid chloride ammonia reaction route,long-chain fatty acid ammonia direct reaction route)and application situation of long-chain fatty primary amides,in order to provide reference for the progress and application development of long-chain fatty primary amide production technology.
