电池级锂盐除钾工艺技术研究

摘要
锂辉石、锂云母以及盐湖卤水是电池级锂盐生产的主要原料,由于结构特点及生产工艺,其中均含有一定量的钾杂质,而电池级锂盐产品对钾杂质含量有严苛的要求.通过电池级Li2CO3 除钾实验和电池级单水LiOH除钾实验研究搅洗、离心淋洗和重结晶对产品除钾的效果.结果表明,搅洗、离心淋洗和重结晶能有效去除电池级Li2CO3 和电池级LiOH中钾杂质,精制后可使产品中的钾含量下降至 0.001%以下,满足电池级Li2CO3、电池级LiOH产品现行标准中钾含量要求.
Abstract
Lithium pyroxene,lithium mica,and salt lake brine are the main raw materials for the production of battery grade lithium salts.Due to their structural characteristics and production processes,they all contain a certain amount of potassium impurities,and battery grade lithium salt products have strict requirements for the content of potassium impurities.The effect of stirring,centrifugal washing,and recrystallization on potassium removal from products was studied through battery grade Li2CO3 potassium removal experiments and battery grade single water LiOH potassium removal experiments.The results showed that stirring,centrifugal washing,and recrystallization can effectively remove potassium impurities from battery grade Li2CO3 and battery grade LiOH.After refining,the potassium content in the product can be reduced to below 0.001%,meeting the potassium content requirements of the current standards for battery grade Li2CO3 and battery grade LiOH products.
