Determination of Sulfur Compounds in Natural Gas by SCD/FPD-gas Chromatography
Gas chromatography was used to analyze the content of sulfur compounds in natural gas using two different detectors, sulfur chemiluminescence detector(SCD)and flame photometric detector(FPD).Qualitative analysis, separation evaluation, detection limit determination, precision and accuracy testing were conducted. The experimental results show that these two methods have good separation of sulfur compounds, with a maximum relative standard deviation of 1.12%.The recovery rates of GC-FPD detection are 100.2%~100.8%,and GC-SCD detection are 99.6%~100.6%.This indicates that the repeatability and accuracy of the results obtained by these two methods are good, and the reproducibility meets the requirements of national standards.
