摘要
化工安装工程的施工质量直接影响企业的生产与安全,加强对化工安装工程管控十分必要.对化工安装工程特性及施工过程中存在的问题进行剖析,提出提升施工技术、规范管理制度、强化施工资源配置、加强应急保障及严格采购管理等改进措施,意在提升化工安装工程施工质量与管理水平,为工程施工规范管理提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
The construction quality of chemical installation engineering directly affects the production and safety of enterprises,and it is necessary to strengthen the control of chemical installation engineering.Analyze the characteristics of chemical installation engineering and the problems existing in the construction process,propose improvement measures such as improving construction technology,standardizing management systems,strengthening construction resource allocation,strengthening emergency support,and strict procurement management,aiming to improve the construction quality and management level of chemical installation engineering,and provide reference and guidance for standardized management of engineering construction.
