Discussion on Safety Management Changes in Hazardous Chemical Enterprises
Change management in chemical process safety management is a key and difficult aspect of process safety management for hazardous chemical enterprises,involving the entire process of hazardous chemical construction.Effective change management can help further enhance the intrinsic safety level of hazardous chemical production facilities.Through analysis,it was found that multiple major accidents were caused by inadequate identification of safety risks and failure to implement control measures.Therefore,enterprises should attach great importance to change management work,clarify change management requirements and responsibilities,strengthen change management training,further improve employees'ability to identify change management risks,and prevent and resolve adverse risks brought by change management.
