壳聚糖-海藻酸钠吸附剂的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘要
染料废水色度深且含有多种具有生物毒性的有机物,对环境污染危害十分严重.以壳聚糖和海藻酸钠为主要原料,制备吸附剂并研究其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能.实验结果表明:壳聚糖与海藻酸钠质量比为1∶3,亚甲基蓝初始浓度为100 mg/L,吸附剂投加量为0.1 g,吸附时间为30 min时,吸附效果最佳.壳聚糖-海藻酸钠吸附剂可进行重复利用,进行6次脱附再生试验后,对亚甲基蓝溶液的去除率仍有90.3%.
Abstract
Dye wastewater has deep color,and contains many kinds of organic matter with biological toxicity,which is very harmful to environmental pollution.The adsorption performance of methylene blue solution was studied by using chitosan and sodium alginate as raw materials under the action of CaCl2.The results showed that when the mass ratio of chitosan to sodium alginate was 1∶3,the initial concentration of methylene blue was 100 mg/L,the dosage of adsorbent was 0.1g,the optimal adsorption time was 30 min,removal effect was best.The hydrogel adsorbent can be reused.After 6 desorption regeneration experiments,the removal rate of methylene blue was still 90.3%.
