Study on the Synthesis,Structure, and Properties of Ice-sensitive Waterborne Polyurethane Resin
In recent years, there has been a great demand for the functionalization of textile products, such as softness, comfort, waterproofing, and a cool touch.Ice sensitive waterborne polyurethane resin was synthesized using materials such as isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI),hydrophilic chain extender dihydroxymethylpropionic acid(DMPA),polycarbonate diol(AS-302),organosilicon modifier(LPW 733),and polyamines.Characterize waterborne polyurethane using instruments such as infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),static water contact angle tester, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and study the properties of waterborne polyurethane.Research has shown that when the amount of LPW 733 added is 10%by weight of the prepolymer, the water absorption rate of the waterborne polyurethane film prepared is 3.8%,the static contact angle is 87.6°,the water boiling resistance and dry/wet friction performance are good, the softness is moderate, and the ice feeling effect is good.
