危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)作为危险过程分析的重要工具,在化工领域应用广泛,显著降低了化工行业潜在的安全隐患和风险.然而,为了确保HAZOP方法在石油化工领域的应用更加高效和可靠,必须对其基本原理和方法进行更深入的探讨和优化.系统回顾HAZOP的发展趋势与标准化进程,深入分析其在石油化工领域的应用现状,旨在为我国石油化工产业的持续、稳定发展提供科学支撑.
Abstract
Hazard and operability(HAZOP),as an important tool for hazardous process analysis,has been widely used in the chemical industry,significantly reducing potential safety hazards and risks in the chemical industry.However,to ensure that the HAZOP method is applied more efficiently and reliably in the petrochemical field,its basic principles and techniques must be explored and optimized in greater depth.This paper systematically reviews the development trend and standardization process of HAZOP.It analyses the current status of its application in the petrochemical field,to provide scientific support for the sustainable and stable development of China's petrochemical industry.
