钼转化率是制约钼化工行业发展的技术难题.通过对非团聚二钼酸铵生产工艺的深入分析和优化探究,运用数据比对、实验验证等手段,进一步提高了钼的转化率.此外,提出了新的工艺流程改造方案,提升钼转化率约6%,改造方式简单易行、效果显著且改造成本较低,可为钼化工生产工艺的优化和钼产品质量水平的提高提供有力的支撑和指导.
Research and Improvement on Improving the Conversion Rate of Molybdenum Production from Non Aggregated Ammonium Molybdate
The conversion rate of molybdenum is a technical challenge that restricts the development of the molybdenum chemical industry.This article conducts in-depth analysis and optimization exploration of the production process of non agglomerated ammonium molybdate,and further improves the conversion rate of molybdenum through data comparison,experimental verification,and other methods.In addition,a new process transformation plan has been proposed to increase the molybdenum conversion rate by about 6%.The transformation method is simple,effective,and cost-effective,which can provide strong support and guidance for the optimization of molybdenum chemical production processes and the improvement of molybdenum product quality.
