在企业装置长周期生产运行过程中,蒸汽透平式汽轮机组作为具有代表性的大型动设备,因有高效稳定的特性而被广泛应用.蒸汽透平式汽轮机组作为装置系统中的重要一环,其运转率会对整个生产链能否连续性生产起到决定性作用.蒸汽透平式汽轮机组如果发生了故障停止运行,往往维修周期较长,备品备件到位慢,若平时维护保养不到位,未能彻底分析故障问题,出现计划外停车检修状况就会给生产经济效益造成较大影响.对某公司三台蒸汽透平式汽轮机组运行期间发生的故障案例进行分析总结,简要阐述在故障排查及检修过程中发现的问题及相应的解决措施,以供同类问题参考.
Fault Analysis and Treatment of Steam Turbine Units
In the long-term production and operation process of enterprise equipment,steam turbine units,as representative large-scale dynamic equipment,are widely used due to their efficient and stable characteristics.As an important part of the equipment system,the operating rate of a steam turbine unit plays a decisive role in determining the continuity of the entire production chain.If a steam turbine unit malfunctions and stops running,the maintenance cycle is often long,and spare parts are slow to arrive.If the regular maintenance is not in place and the fault problem is not thoroughly analyzed,unplanned shutdown and maintenance situations will have a significant impact on production and economic benefits.Analyze and summarize the fault cases that occurred during the operation of three steam turbine units in a certain company,briefly explain the problems found during the troubleshooting and maintenance process,and the corresponding solutions,for reference to similar problems.
