在大力发展绿色能源的背景下,甲醇燃料作为国际上公认的清洁燃料,使用日益广泛.当前普遍采用的甲醇燃料供气系统存在建设周期长、现场制造及安装工作量大等问题,而撬装式甲醇燃料供气系统具备安装工作量小、成本低、便于移动等特点.介绍甲醇燃料及其供气系统研究现状及应用情况,从集成化撬装式、安全性等方面,对撬装式甲醇燃料供气系统进行设计,旨在解决建设甲醇燃料供应固定站周期长、占地面积大、成本高、改扩建复杂等问题,以期助力甲醇燃料的推广应用,实现双碳目标及国家能源安全.
Research and Design of the Skid Mounted Methanol Fuel Gas Supply System
Against the backdrop of vigorously developing green energy,methanol fuel,as an internationally recognized clean fuel,is becoming increasingly widely used.The commonly used methanol fuel gas supply system currently has problems such as long construction period,large on-site manufacturing and installation workload,while the modular methanol fuel gas supply system has the characteristics of small installation workload,low cost,and easy mobility.This article introduces the research status and application of methanol fuel and its gas supply system.From the aspects of integrated modular and safety,the modular methanol fuel gas supply system is designed to solve the problems of long construction cycle,large footprint,high cost,and complex renovation and expansion of methanol fuel supply fixed stations.The aim is to promote the application of methanol fuel,achieve the dual carbon goal and national energy security.
