The CO2 stripping urea process is currently the mainstream urea production process,but the reaction equilibrium and material flow of the system are complex,making it difficult to accurately simulate.By simplifying the urea system and combining empirical formulas,phase diagrams,and actual production experience data,this paper explores the method of establishing a simplified model for the urea system,which has guiding significance for practical production.
