Optimization of Central Control Analysis and Detection Method for Urea Content in Diesel Exhaust Treatment Fluid
There are two methods for detecting the content of urea solution in diesel exhaust treatment fluid:total ni-trogen method and formaldehyde method. The national standard stipulates that the total nitrogen analysis method is used to detect the content of urea solution in diesel exhaust treatment fluid. This method has high accuracy, but it requires high technical skills and complex operation, which cannot meet the requirements of rapid analysis in the central control.Optimization research was conducted on the addition amount of concentrated sulfuric acid in the formaldehyde method, selection of reflux device, heating speed, and other conditions. The optimized formaldehyde method has good precision, high accuracy, and economic practicality, and is more suitable for central control analysis of urea content in diesel exhaust treatment fluids.
