High performance liquid chromatography was used,with acetonitrile and water as mobile phases and gradient elution.C18 chromatography column and DAD detector were used to separate and quantify brassinol in water-soluble fertilizers at 222 nm.The results showed that the standard curves of 14 hydroxy brassinosteroid,28 epi high brassinolide,28 high brassinolide,and 24 epi brassinolide had a good linear relationship.The accuracy and precision of sample determination were good,the detection concentration was low,and the sensitivity was high.This method is simple and fast,and is suitable for the detection and analysis of four types of brassinolide content in water-soluble fertilizers.
