水溶肥料中芸苔素类调节剂含量测定方法的研究

采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水作为流动相,梯度洗脱,使用C18色谱柱和DAD检测器,在检测波长222 nm条件下对水溶肥料中芸苔素进行分离和定量.结果表明:14-羟基芸苔素甾醇、28-表高芸苔素内酯、28-高芸苔素内酯、24-表芸苔素内酯标准曲线线性关系较好,样品测定的准确度和精密度良好,检出浓度低,且灵敏度较高,该方法简便快速,适用于水溶肥料中4种芸苔素含量的检测分析.
Research on the Determination Method of the Content of Brassinosteroids in Water-soluble Fertilizers
High performance liquid chromatography was used,with acetonitrile and water as mobile phases and gradient elution.C18 chromatography column and DAD detector were used to separate and quantify brassinol in water-soluble fertilizers at 222 nm.The results showed that the standard curves of 14 hydroxy brassinosteroid,28 epi high brassinolide,28 high brassinolide,and 24 epi brassinolide had a good linear relationship.The accuracy and precision of sample determination were good,the detection concentration was low,and the sensitivity was high.This method is simple and fast,and is suitable for the detection and analysis of four types of brassinolide content in water-soluble fertilizers.
