摘要

为了避免加油站发生油品泄漏事故,应全面强化加油站全过程防渗管理.在切实做好双层罐、双层管线改造的同时,前移加油站防渗管理至设计、选型和工程建设环节.在加油站建设过程中,总结归纳不同设计方案、不同设备类型的优缺点,优中选优,夯实工艺设施的本质安全性、可靠性.在加油站运营过程中,精细化损耗管控,持续加强和优化埋地管线、油罐的密闭性检测,确保加油站的安全环保运行,在行业内有较好的借鉴意义.

Abstract

In order to avoid oil leakage accidents at gas stations,we will comprehensively strengthen the entire process of anti-leakage management at gas stations.While effectively carrying out the renovation of double-layer tanks and pipelines,the anti-leakage management of gas stations should be moved forward to the design,selection,and engineering construction stages.In the process of gas stations construction,summarize and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of different design schemes and equipment types,select the best from the best,and strengthen the intrinsic safety and reliability of process facilities.In the operation process of gas stations,refining control loss,continuously strengthening and optimizing the tightness testing of buried pipelines and oil tanks,ensuring the safe and environmentally friendly operation of gas stations,has good reference significance in the industry.
