Optimization and Improvement of Continuous Non Catalytic High-pressure Countercurrent Hydrolysis Process for Oil and Fat
In recent years, the domestic oil and fat fine chemical market, especially the deep processing technology for producing green products such as fatty acids, natural glycerol, and nitrogen-containing derivatives through hydrolysis processing using natural oils(animal and vegetable oils)as raw materials, has been continuously developing and maturing. In order to reduce production costs and improve enterprise competitiveness, optimization and improvement plans are proposed from the aspects of process equipment optimization, energy recovery(low-pressure steam, desalinated water),improving hydrolysis rate, and ensuring quality safety and environmental protection,in response to the common problems in the continuous non catalytic high-pressure countercurrent hydrolysis process of oil and fat constructed in China in the early 1990s,providing reference for the same industry.
