摘要

化学实验是提高师生创新实践能力的重要手段,化学实验室是师生开展教学和科研的重要场所,化学实验室和危险化学品管理事关广大实验师生生命安全.针对部分高校"危险化学品管理顶层制度设计缺乏系统性全局性、实验安全意识树立和践行不牢不实、执行安全管理制度随心随意"等现状,从"全方位系统性对高校危险化学品安全管理制度进行补齐补强、树立归零安全意识、从严从实执行安全管理制度"三个维度着手,探寻切实可行的解决路径,合力破解高校化学实验室危险化学品安全管理难题,筑紧筑牢实验师生生命财产"安全墙",助力高校教育事业高质量发展.

Abstract

Chemical experiments are an important means to enhance the innovative practical abilities of teachers and students.Chemical laboratories are important places for teachers and students to carry out teaching and scientific re-search.The management of chemical laboratories and hazardous chemicals is crucial to the safety of the lives of la-boratory teachers and students.In response to the current situation of some universities lacking systematic and com-prehensive top-level system design for hazardous chemical management,weak awareness and practice of experimen-tal safety,and arbitrary implementation of safety management systems,we will explore practical and feasible solu-tions from three dimensions:"comprehensively and systematically supplementing and strengthening the hazardous chemical safety management system in universities,establishing zero safety awareness,and strictly implementing safety management systems",work together to solve the problems of hazardous chemical safety management in uni-versity chemistry laboratories,build a"safety wall"for the lives and property of experimental teachers and students,and help promote the high-quality development of university education.
