摘要
目的:探讨在活髓牙修复中使用 3M-350 复合树脂材料后,修复体完整性、边缘密合度及色泽协调性等疗效观察.方法:选择 2019 年 1 月至 2020 年 10 月本院就治的 102 例(208 颗)活髓牙患者为研究对象.按照随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n =51,使用 3M-350 复合树脂填充)和对照组(n =51,使用普通复合树脂进行填充).对比两组患者修复 6 个月后,修复体完整性、边缘密合度、色泽协调性、治疗效果、舒适度满意情况.结果:两组患者修复后即刻修复体完整性、边缘密合度、色泽协调性评分水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);修复 6 个月后观察组修复体完整性、边缘密合度、色泽协调性评分水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患牙完好率、舒适度满意率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:活髓牙修复中使用 3M-350 复合树脂材料有助于改善修复体的完整性、边缘密合度、色泽协调性,提高患者的治疗效果和舒适度满意率,临床上值得继续推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the integrity,marginal adaptation and color coordination of 3M-350 composite resin materials used in vital teeth.Methods:A total of 102 patients(208 teeth)with vital teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were prospectively selected and divided into an observation group(n =51,filled with 3M-350 composite resin)and a control group(n = 51,filled with ordinary composite resin)according to random number table.After 6 months of restoration,the integrity,marginal adaptation,color coordination,treatment effect and comfort level of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The integrity,marginal adaptation and color coordination scores immediately after restoration were not significantly different between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 6 months of restoration,the scores of integrity,marginal adaptation and color coordination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);The rate of dental integrity in the observation group,comfort level rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3M-350 composite resin material in vital teeth is helpful to improve the integrity,marginal adaptation and color coordination,improve the treatment effect and comfort level rate of patients,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
