摘要
目的:探讨超声评估妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)产妇胎儿体重中的应用价值.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2022年12 月本院收治的108 例GDM产妇作为研究对象,设为观察组,选取同期108 例健康孕妇作为对照组.对两组产妇均给予超声检查,对比两组胎儿的生长情况,胎儿发育情况,新生儿中巨大儿出生率.结果:观察组胎儿肝脏长度和头围大于对照组,脐动脉搏动指数、阻力指数均高于对照组,新生儿中巨大儿出生率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对GDM产妇产前实施超声检查,可明显判断胎儿生长发育情况,以便临床采取相应的预防和治疗措施.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of ultrasound in evaluating the fetal weight of puerperant with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 108 puerperants with GDM admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were included into observation group.Meanwhile 108 healthy puerperant prenatal examination in the same hospital were included into control group.The two groups of puerperant were given ultrasound examination,and the growth of fetus,fetal development,and the incidence of neonatal macrosomia were compared.Results:The fetal liver length and head circumference in the observation group were larger than those in the control group,and the umbilical artery pulsation index and resistance index were both higher than those in the control group.The incidence of neonatal macrosomia was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasound examination of puerperant with GDM can clearly judge the fetal growth and development,so as to take corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures in clinical practice.
