纳布啡复合芬太尼对全身麻醉患者术后疼痛强度及不良反应的影响
Effect of Nabuprofen Combined with Fentanyl on Postoperative Pain Intensity and Adverse Reactions in Patients Under General Anesthesia

摘要
目的:探讨纳布啡联合芬太尼应用,对全身麻醉患者术后镇痛强度及镇痛相关不良反应的影响.方法:选取 2021 年 1 月至2023 年4 月本院收治的134 例行全身麻醉手术患者为研究对象.按照随机数表法将其分为观察组(n =67,采用纳布啡联合芬太尼镇痛)和对照组(n =67,采用芬太尼镇痛).统计学分析两组术后数字评定量表(NRS)评分及镇痛相关不良反应总发生率.结果:术毕镇痛24h后,两组患者的NRS评分均较镇痛前显著下降,且观察组NRS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组镇痛相关不良反应总发生率(14.93%)略高于对照组(10.45%),差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:纳布啡复合芬太尼应用于全身麻醉患者术后镇痛,能有效降低患者术后疼痛程度,虽镇痛相关不良反应总发生率略增高,且均在患者耐受范围内,值得临床推荐使用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze analgesic effect of nabuprofen combined with fentanyl on postoperative pain intensity and incidence of adverse reactions.Methods:A total of 134 patients undergoing general anesthesia for surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were included as research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n =67,used nabuprofen combined with fentanyl for analgesia)and the control group(n =67,used fentanyl for analgesia).The postoperative numerical rating scale(NRS)scores and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:NRS scores between two groups postoperative were decreased than that of preoperative,and NRS scores in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(14.93%)was slightly higher than that in control group(10.45%),the difference was not significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Nabuprofen combined with fentanyl can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients under general anesthesia.Although the adverse reactions are slightly increased,it is within the patient's tolerance range,which is worth recommending.
