摘要
目的:分析局部皮瓣治疗对眼周美容整形患者切口愈合、眼睑功能及并发症的影响.方法:选取 2020 年7 月至 2022 年 8 月本院收治行眼周美容整形的患者 37 例为研究对象.根据治疗方案分为观察组(n =21,局部皮瓣治疗)和对照组(n =16,皮瓣移植).对比两组切口愈合率、治疗后眼睑功能及并发症.结果:治疗后观察组切口愈合总优良率 90.47%明显高于对照组(62.50%),观察组治疗后眼睑功能总有效率(95.23%)高于对照组(68.75%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率(9.52%)低于对照组并发症发生率(37.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:局部皮瓣对于眼周整形术患者的眼睑功能具有改善作用,术后切口愈合速度快,且术后并发症发生率较低.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of local flap treatment on incision healing,eyelid function and complications in patients with periocular cosmetic surgery.Methods:Thirty-seven patients who underwent periocular cosmetic surgery in our hospital from July 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into an observation group(n = 21,local flap treatment)and a control group(n = 16,flap transplantation).Incision healing rate,eyelid function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total excellent and good rate of incision healing in the observation group after treatment(90.47%)was higher than that in the control group(62.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of eyelid function in the observation group after treatment(95.23%)was higher than that in the control group(68.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(9.52%)was lower than that in the control group(37.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The local flap can improve the eyelid function in patients with periocular plastic surgery,the incision healing speed is fast,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low.
