舌下含服特异性免疫制剂联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效

摘要
目的:探讨舌下含服特异性免疫制剂联合孟鲁司特钠片,治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法:选取2019 年 6 月至 2020 年 6 月本院收治的 83 例变应性鼻炎(AR)患儿为研究对象.根据不同治疗方法将其分为研究组(n =42,标准化粉尘螨滴剂舌下特异性免疫制剂联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗)与对照组(n =41,孟鲁司特钠片治疗).比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α,白细胞介素(IL)-10、IL-13、IL-4 及IL-12],免疫功能[免疫球蛋白(Ig)M、IgA、IgG]变化情况.结果:研究组治疗总有效率为 73.81%,显著高于对照组为 51.22%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,研究组TNF-α、IL-13、IL-4 水平均低于对照组,IgM、IgA及IgG及IL-10、IL-12水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:采用标准化粉尘螨滴剂舌下特异性免疫制剂联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗AR患儿,可提高其临床疗效,有效抑制炎性反应,调节其机体免疫功能.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of sublingual immunotherapy of standardized dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with montelukast sodiunl in children with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of 83 children with AR admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected in this study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a study group(n = 42,sublingual immunotherapy of standardized dermatophagoides farinae drops+montelukast sodiunl)and a control group(n = 41,montelukast sodiunl only).The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-10,IL-13,IL-4 and IL-12]and immune function[immunoglobulin(Ig)M,IgA,IgG]were compared by statistically methods.Results:The rate of overall clinical efficacy in study group was 73.81%,was higher than that in control group(51.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-13 and IL-4 in study group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of IgM,IgA,IgG,IL-10,and IL-12 in study group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The sublingual immunotherapy of standardized dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with montelukast sodiunl in treatment of children with AR can improve their clinical efficacy,effectively inhibit inflammatory response,and regulate immune function of them.
