摘要
目的:分析黄体酮+烯丙雌醇片对先兆流产患者的保胎效果.方法:选择 2020 年 8 月至 2022 年 12 月本院收治先兆流产患者 102 例作为研究对象.按照药物方法不同分为观察组(n =53,黄体酮+烯丙雌醇片)和对照组(n =49,烯丙雌醇片).比较两组治疗效果、保胎效果及用药前后性激素及不良反应.结果:观察组临床症状缓解时长、临床症状消失时长及止血时长均显著短于对照组,且阴道流血量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组(96.23%)保胎成功率显著高于对照组(83.67%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者孕激素、人体绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)及雌二醇水平均显著上升,且观察组患者孕激素、HCG及雌二醇显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:烯丙雌醇片联合黄体酮可缩短临床症状消失时间、降低阴道出血量,可提升保胎效果,具有良好的安全性.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze tyre protection effects of progesterone combined with allylestradiol tablets on fetal preservation in patients with threatened abortion.Methods:A total of 102 patients with threatened abortion admitted in our hospital from August 2020 to December 2022.According to different drug methods,they were divided into an observation group(n =53,progesterone+allylestradiol tablets)and a control group(n =49,allylestradiol tablets).The therapeutic effect,fetal preservation effect,sex hormones and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The duration of clinical symptom remission,clinical symptom disappearance and hemostasis in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in observation group(96.23%)was higher than that in control group(83.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of progestin,human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)and estradiol in the two groups were significantly increased,and progestin,hCG and estradiol in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Allylestradiol tablets combined with progesterone can shorten the duration of clinical symptoms,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,improve the effects of fetal protection,and have good safety.
