早期拔罐疗法对短尾蝮蛇咬伤患者患肢肿胀治疗作用的临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨早期拔罐疗法对短尾蝮蛇咬伤患者患肢肿胀的治疗效果.方法:选择2020 年1 月至2023 年6月本院收治的 70 例短尾蝮蛇咬伤患者为研究对象.按随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n =35)和对照组(n = 35),观察组接受早期拔罐疗法+抗蛇毒血清静脉滴注治疗,对照组接受常规治疗.统计并比较两组入院时、治疗第7d时患肢肿胀程度、疼痛程度及血液指标[白细胞计数、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平].结果:治疗第 7d时,两组患肢肿胀、疼痛程度均减轻,并且观察组减轻程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗第 7d时,两组白细胞计数均下降、FIB水平均升高,并且观察组白细胞计数低于对照组,FIB水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:早期拔罐疗法更利于减轻短尾蝮蛇咬伤患者患肢肿胀程度及疼痛程度,并且可缓解患者炎症反应.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of early cupping therapy on limb swelling caused by short tailed pit viper bite.Method:Seventy patients with short tailed pit viper bites diagnosed and treated at our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into an observation group(n =35)and a control group(n =35).The observation group received early extubation therapy+anti venom serum treatment,while the control group was scheduled to receive routine treatment in our hospital.The degree of swelling,pain,and blood indicators[white blood cell count and fibrinogen(FIB)]of the affected limb were collected and compared between the two groups at admission and on the 7th day of treatment.Results:On the 7th day of treatment,the swelling and pain of the affected limbs in both groups were reduced,and the observation group showed better relief than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 7th day of treatment,both groups showed a decrease in white blood cell count and an increase in FIB,with the observation group having lower white blood cell count and higher FIB than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early cupping therapy is more conducive to alleviating the degree of limb swelling and pain in patients with short tailed pit viper bites,and has a good impact on the patient's inflammatory response.
