消痰散结方辅助化疗治疗晚期胃癌患者的临床疗效及安全性观察

摘要
目的:探讨消痰散结方治疗胃癌术后患者辅助化疗的临床疗效及安全性.方法:选取2018 年1 月至2021年1 月本院收治的 87 例术后胃癌患者作为研究对象.根据治疗方案不同将其分为观察组(n =45,采用消痰散结方辅助化疗联合OFL化疗)与对照组(n =42,采用单一OFL化疗方案).对两组术后胃癌患者均进行化疗 4 个周期,比较两组患者近期临床疗效、免疫功能、中医症候积分及不良反应发生率.结果:观察组术后胃癌患者的肿瘤控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4+和CD8+水平改善程度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组治疗安全性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:消痰散结方联合OFL化疗,能够更好地控制胃癌患者病情,可降低症状积分及治疗过程中的不良反应发生率,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of xiaotan sanjie prescription assisted chemotherapy in the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 87 postoperative gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into an observation group(n =45,treated with xiaotan sanjie prescription combined with OFL chemotherapy)and a control group(n =42,received single OFL chemotherapy regimen)according to different treatment regimens.The patients in both groups were treated for 4 cycles,and the recent clinical efficacy,immune function,TCM symptom score and toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The tumor control rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);After treatment,the observation group showed greater improvement in levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+compared to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);symptom score of observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);during treatment,the observation group had higher safety,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiaotan sanjie prescription combined with OFL chemotherapy can better control the disease of gastric cancer patients,reduce symptom score and reduce toxic and side effects during treatment,and is worthy of clinical application.
