摘要
目的:探讨枣仁安神颗粒联合常规疗法,对老年神经衰弱患者神经功能的改善作用.方法:选取 2021 年3 月至 2023 年 3 月本院收治的 104 例老年神经衰弱患者作为研究对象.按治疗方式不同将其分为联合组(n = 52,采用枣仁安神颗粒联合常规治疗措施)和常规组(n =52,采用常规西医治疗措施).对两组患者的治疗疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分,以及血清皮质醇(Cor)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平进行统计学分析.结果:联合组患者治疗总有效率为 96.15%显著高于常规组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,联合组NIHSS评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);联合组PSQI评分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);联合组Cor水平升高幅度大于常规组,Hs-CRP水平降低幅度大于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:枣仁安神颗粒联合常规疗法治疗老年神经衰弱患者能改善神经功能、提高睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the improvement effect of Zaoren Anshen Granules combined with conventional therapy on the neurological function of elderly patients with neurasthenia.Methods:A total of 104 elderly patients with neurasthenia in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a combined group(n =52,Zaoren Anshen granules combined with conventional treatment)and a conventional group(n = 52,treated with conventional Western medicine).The therapeutic effect,neurological function[National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)],sleep status[Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)],serum cortisol(Cor)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)levels were compared and conducted statistical analysis between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of combination group(96.15%)was higher than that of conventional group(80.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the increase of Cor level in combined group was greater than that in conventional group,and the decrease of Hs-CRP level was greater than that in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Zaoren Anshen granule combined with conventional therapy for the treatment of neurasthenia in the elderly can improve nerve function and sleep quality.
