中药熏洗联合穴位贴敷护理技术在混合痔患者术后康复中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨中药熏洗联合穴位贴敷护理技术在混合痔患者术后康复中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 6月至 2022 年 8 月本院收治的 126 例混合痔术后患者为研究对象.按照护理方法将其分为观察组(n =64,采用中药熏洗联合穴位贴敷护理)和对照组(n =62,采用给予常规护理).对两组护理前、后疼痛视觉拟量表(VAS)评分、护理后康复进程及并发症发生率进行统计学分析.结果:组内比较,两组护理后VAS评分,均较护理前显著降低,且护理后观察组VAS评分,较对照组显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组创面水肿恢复、创面愈合、便后出血时间,均比对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率(7.81%,5/64)显著低于对照组发生率(20.97%,13/62),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中药熏洗联合穴位敷贴护理,可降低混合痔术后患者的VAS评分,促进创面的愈合,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and acupoint application nursing technology in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 126 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2022 were selected as study objects,they were divided into observation group(n =64,treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint application nursing)and control group(n =62,treated with routine nursing).The visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain before and after nursing was compared between the two groups,and the rehabilitation progress and complication rate after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,VAS scores in the two groups were lower than before surgery,and VAS scores in observation group were lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the time of wound edema recovery,wound healing and bleeding after defecation in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 7.81%lower than that of the control group 20.97%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of fumigation and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce VAS score,promote wound healing,reduce complications and promote rehabilitation in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
