摘要
目的:探讨手术室护理对宫腔镜下电切手术患者应激反应及血流动力学的影响.方法:选取 2021 年 1 月至2022 年12 月本院收治拟行宫腔镜下电切手术治疗的100 例宫腔疾病患者为研究对象.采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n =50,实施手术室护理干预)和对照组(n =50,给予常规护理).对两组患者护理前、后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,血流动力学指标和应激反应指标变化指标进行统计学分析.结果:经护理干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分,血流动力学指标,均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对宫腔镜下电切手术患者实施手术室护理干预,具有效缓解患者不良情绪,改善应激反应,降低血流动力学指标,提升护理满意度,提升医院形象的作用,临床优势明显,可借鉴应用.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of operating room nursing on stress response and hemodynamics in patients undergoing hysteroscopic resection surgery.Methods:One hundred patients admitted to our hospital between January 2021 and December 2022 who met the standards and required hysteroscopic resection surgery treatment during this period were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group(n = 50,receiving operating room nursing intervention)and the control group(n =50,receiving routine nursing).Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,changes in hemodynamic and emergency response indicators.Results:After nursing intervention,the SAS,SDS scores and hemodynamic treatment value in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The values of cortisol,norepinephrine,and adrenaline in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of operating room nursing intervention for patients undergoing hysteroscopic resection surgery effectively alleviates negative emotions,improves emergency response,reduces hemodynamic indicators,and enhances hospital image.The clinical advantages are obvious and can be used for reference.
