兴趣诱导结合个性化护理在肺炎患儿治疗中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨兴趣诱导结合个性化护理在肺炎患儿治疗中的应用效果.方法:选取2022 年2 月至2023 年2月本院收治的 104 例肺炎患儿作为研究对象.按随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(n =52,采用兴趣诱导结合个性化护理模式)和对照组(n =52,采用常规护理).比较两组患儿相关症状消失时间,护理前、后肺功能指标及护理依从性.结果:研究组患儿发热、咳嗽、呼吸急促、肺部啰音等症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患儿护理后与护理前相比,肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第 1 秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第 1 秒用力呼气量占全部呼气量比值(FEV1/FVC)]均有改善,并且研究组改善水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组患儿总依从率(92.31%,48/52)显著高于对照组(65.38%,34/52),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:兴趣诱导结合个性化护理在肺炎患儿治疗中能加快缓解患儿临床症状,改善肺功能,提升患儿对护理工作的依从性,建立良好医患关系,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of interest induction combined with personalized nursing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:A total of 104 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(n = 52,received interest induction combined with personalized nursing care)and a control group(n = 52,received routine nursing care).The time of relevant symptom disappearance,lung function indicators before and after nursing care,and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The disappearance time of relevant symptoms such as fever,cough,shortness of breath,and lung rales in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);After nursing,the lung function indicators[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC]of children in both groups were improved compared to before nursing,and the increased level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);The total compliance rate of the study group(92.31%,48/52)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.38%,34/52),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of interest induction and personalized nursing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia can accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,improve lung function,enhance children's compliance with nursing work,establish a good doctor-patient relationship,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
