目的:探讨责任制护理对甲状腺手术患者围手术期护理质量、并发症发生率的影响.方法:选取 2022 年1 月至 2023 年 4 月在本院接受手术治疗的 92 例甲状腺疾病患者为研究对象.按照住院号单、双号将其分为观察组(n =46,采用责任制护理)与对照组(n =46,采用常规围手术期护理).对两种护理模式的应用效果等进行统计学分析.结果:观察组术后并发症发生率为 6.52%,显著低于对照组的 26.09%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组病房管理、基础护理、健康教育、护理记录、措施执行评分,均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:将责任制护理应用于甲状腺手术患者的围手术期管理,有助于降低术后并发症发生率、改善患者预后,提供护理效果,受到广大患者一致好评,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of responsibility based nursing on the quality of perioperative care for patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Method:Ninety-two patients with thyroid diseases who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into two groups based on their hospitalization number,double number as the observation group(n = 46,using responsibility based nursing),and single number as the control group(n =46,using routine perioperative nursing),and responsibility based nursing is used to compare the application effects of the two nursing modes were compared.Result:The incidence of complications in the observation group(6.52%)was lower than that of the control group(26.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The observation group had significantly higher scores in ward management,basic nursing,health education,nursing records,and measure implementation than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Applying responsibility based nursing to patients undergoing thyroid surgery during the perioperative period can help reduce complications and improve prognosis.The nursing effect has received unanimous praise from patients and is worth promoting.
