目的:探讨早发型子痫前期(EOP)孕妇心理弹性与家庭关怀度的关系.方法:选取 2020 年 5 月至 2023年4 月本院收治 95 例EOP孕妇作为研究对象.采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评估孕妇心理弹性、家庭关怀度指数量表(APGAR)评估孕妇家庭关怀度,重点分析EOP孕妇心理弹性与家庭关怀度的关系.结果:95 例EOP孕妇APGAR评分总分为(5.67±0.53)分,其中家庭关怀度良好 62 例、中度障碍 24 例、严重障碍 9 例;95 例EOP 孕妇CD-RISC评分总分为(69.68±5.61)分;家庭关怀度良好EOP孕妇CD-RISC评分各维度评分及总分最高,中度障碍孕妇次之,严重障碍孕妇最低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);经一般双变量Pearson相关性检验分析结果显示,EOP孕妇CD-RISC评分与APGAR评分各维度评分及总分均呈正相关关系(r＞0,P＜0.05).结论:EOP孕妇家庭关怀度与心理弹性密切相关,并且EOP孕妇家庭关怀度越高,心理弹性越好.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationship between psychological resilience and family care in pregnant women with early-onset preeclampsia(EOP).Method:Ninety-five pregnant women with EOP admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected.The psychological resilience of pregnant women was evaluated using the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and the family APGAR index(APGAR)were used to assess their family care level,with a focus on analyzing the relationship between psychological resilience and family care level of EOP pregnant women.Result:The total APGAR score of 95 EOP pregnant women was(5.67±0.53)scores,including 62 cases with good family care,24 cases with moderate disorders of family care,and 9 cases with severe disorders of family care.The total score of the CD-RISC of 95 EOP pregnant women was(69.68±5.61)scores.Good family care EOP pregnant women have the highest scores and total scores in all dimensions of the CD-RISC score,followed by pregnant women with moderate disorders of family care and pregnant women with severe disorders of family care,with a statistical significant difference(P＜0.05).The results of the general bivariate Pearson correlation test analysis showed that the CD-RISC score of EOP pregnant women was positively correlated with the APGAR score in all dimensions and total score(r＞0,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The family care level of EOP pregnant women is closely related to psychological resilience,and the higher the family care level of EOP pregnant women,the better their psychological resilience.
