保护动机理论的延续性护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者负性情绪及应对方式的影响
Influence of Continuous Nursing Based on Protective Motivation Theory on Negative Emotion and Coping Style of Patients with Diabetes Retinopathy

摘要
目的:探究保护动机理论的延续性护理,对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者负性情绪及应对方式的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 4 月本院收治的 80 例DR患者为研究对象.采取随机数字表法将其分为实验组(n = 40,采用保护动机理论的延续性护理)和对照组(n =40,采用常规护理).对两组患者护理前、后各项功能指标变化进行统计学分析.结果:采取不同方法护理后,实验组空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、回避评分、屈服评分,均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);而应对方式评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在DR患者中实施保护动机理论的延续性护理,能够有效缓解患者的负性情绪,加强患者的血糖控制效果,值得广泛应用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of continuous nursing based on protective motivation theory on negative emotions and coping styles of patients with diabetes retinopathy.Methods:Eighty patients with diabetes retinopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n =40,using protective motivation theory for continuity of care)and the control group(n = 40,using routine care).Count the changes in various functional indicators of two groups of patients before and after nursing care.Results:After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),avoidance score,and yield score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),while the coping style score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing with protective motivation theory in patients with diabetes retinopathy can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients and strengthen the effect of blood sugar control,which is worth extensive application.
