分阶段转变护理模式在慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨分阶段转变护理模式在慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至2022 年 12 月本院收治的 120 例慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将其分为观察组(n =60,实施分阶段转变护理)和对照组(n =60,实施常规护).比较护理前及护理 3 个月结束时两组患者健康知识掌握度、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分.结果:护理后两组患者健康知识掌握度评分及ESCA评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者实施分阶段转变护理,能提升患者健康知识掌握度及自我护理能力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of phased transformation nursing mode in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Method:A total of 120 chronic renal failure hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected into this study.They were divided into an observation group(n = 60,implementing phased transition nursing)and a control group(n =60,implementing routine nursing)according to different nursing methods.All patients were treated for 3 months.The scores of health knowledge mastery and self-care ability measurement scale(ESCA)were compared between the two groups before nursing and at the end of 3-month of nursing.Results:At the end of the 3-month nursing period,the scores of health knowledge mastery and ESCA in both groups were higher than before nursing,observation group was higher than control group,with a statistical significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implementing phased transformation nursing in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure can improve their mastery of health knowledge and self-care ability.
