基于"3H"理念下的个体化干预在病毒性脑炎患儿中的应用效果评价

摘要
目的:探讨基于"3H"(hotel宾馆,hospital医院,home家庭)理念下的个体化干预在病毒性脑炎患儿中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月至2023 年2 月本院收治的98 例病毒性脑炎患儿为研究对象.根据护理方式不同将其分为观察组(n =51,基于"3H"理念下的个体化干预)和对照组(n =47,常规护理).对两组临床指标、护理依从性及并发症发生率等进行统计学分析.结果:干预后,观察组患儿退热、症状缓解及住院时间,均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患儿护理依从性评分上升幅度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患儿并发症发生率为 1.96%,显著低于对照组的 12.77%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对病毒性脑炎患儿采取基于"3H"理念下的个体化干预具有良好的护理效果,不仅可提高患儿对护理的依从性,促进身体恢复,还能降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized intervention based on the"3H"concept in children with viral encephalitis.Methods:Ninety-eight children with viral encephalitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n = 51,individualized intervention based on the"3H"concept)and control group(n =47,routine nursing)according to different nursing methods.The clinical indicators,nursing compliance and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the duration of fever remission,symptom remission and hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the nursing compliance score of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the complication rate of observation group(1.96%)was lower than that of control group(12.77%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Individualized intervention based on the"3H"concept has a good nursing effect on children with viral encephalitis,which can not only improve the compliance of the children to nursing,promote the recovery of the body,but also reduce the occurrence of complications.
