基于多功能鸟巢式模式下的优质护理在新生儿高胆红素血症患儿中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨基于多功能鸟巢式模式下的优质护理在新生儿高胆红素血症患儿中的应用效果.方法:选取2020 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月在本院治疗的 98 例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿为研究对象,依据不同护理模式将其分为观察组(n =50,予以多功能鸟巢式模式下优质护理)和对照组(n =48,予以常规护理).对比两组患儿黄疸相关时间、血清间接胆红素、总胆红素水平和并发症情况.结果:护理后,观察组胎便初次排出、黄疸持续、黄疸消退时间均较对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清间接胆红素和总胆红素水平均下降,并且观察组比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(4.00%,2/50)明显低于对照组(16.67%,8/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在新生儿高胆红素血症患儿中实施多功能鸟巢式模式下优质护理,有利于缩短患儿黄疸持续时间,降低血清间接胆红素及总胆红素水平,减少并发症发生率,促进全面康复.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effects of high-quality nursing based on multifunctional bird's-nest model in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia children.Methods:Ninety-eight newborns with hyperbilirubinemia treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into an observation group(n =50,received high-quality nursing based on multifunctional bird's-nests model)and a control group(n =50,received conventional nursing).The time of jaundice,serum indirect bilirubin level,total bilirubin level and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The first discharge of meconium,jaundice duration and jaundice resolution time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Serum indirect bilirubin and total bilirubin levels were decreased in the two groups,and the levels of observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group(4.00%,2/50)was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.67%,8/48),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multifunctional bird's-nest nursing in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is beneficial to shorten the duration of jaundice,reduce the levels of serum indirect bilirubin and total bilirubin,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the recovery of the disease.
