移情干预结合无缝隙护理在胶质瘤患者术后放化疗中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨移情干预结合无缝隙护理在胶质瘤患者术后放化疗中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 2 月至2022 年 7 月在本院进行胶质瘤术后放化疗的 89 例患者作为研究对象.依据护理模式,将其分为干预组(n =46,予以移情干预结合无缝隙护理)与对照组(n =43,仅予以无缝隙护理).对比两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)、生活质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分.结果:护理后两组SDS、SAS评分均下降,并且干预组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组PFS-R中情感、行为、认知、感觉评分均降低,并且干预组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组QLQ-C30 评分均升高,并且干预组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:移情干预结合无缝隙护理有助于缓解胶质瘤患者术后放化疗中抑郁、焦虑情绪,改善患者癌因性疲乏,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effects of empathic intervention combined with seamless nursing in postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with glioma.Methods:A total of 89 patients who underwent postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for glioma in our hospital from February 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an intervention group(n = 46,received empathic intervention combined with seamless care)and a control group(n =43,just received seamless care).Compared the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the revised piper fatigue scale(PFS-R),quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-C30)of the two groups.Results:After nursing the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups decreased,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the emotion,behavior,cognition,and feeling scores of the PFS-R of the two groups decreased,and these scores in the intervention group all were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the score of QLQ-C30 was increased in both groups,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Empathy intervention combined with seamless nursing can help relieve depression and anxiety in glioma patients during postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy,improve patients'cancer-related fatigue,and improve their quality of life.
