预警管理模式对体外膜肺氧合辅助期间器械相关压力性损伤的预防作用研究

摘要
目的:探讨预警管理模式对体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)辅助期间预防患者器械相关压力性损伤的作用效果.方法:选取2020 年5 月至2023 年3 月本院收治的使用ECMO辅助治疗的82 例患者作为研究对象.按照护理干预方案,将其分为观察组(n =42,预警管理模式)和对照组(n =40,常规护理).比较两组患者器械相关压力性损伤发生率、Braden压力性损伤评分、器械相关压力性损伤分期.结果:观察组器械相关压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Braden各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械相关压力性损伤Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者占比均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:预警管理模式下的护理干预可以有效预防ECMO辅助治疗期间患者器械相关压力性损伤,并降低器械相关压力性损伤危险性,临床应用价值较高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of early warning management mode on the prevention of instrumental pressure injury in patients during auxiliary extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).Methods:A total of 82 patients treated with ECMO in our hospital from May 2020 to March 2023 were selected.According to the nursing intervention plan,they were divided into the observation group(n =42,early warning management mode)and the control group(n =40,routine nursing).The incidence of instrumental pressure injury,Braden stress injury score,instrumental pressure injury stage of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The incidence of instrumental pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Braden scores in all dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportions of stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ instrumental pressure injury of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention under early warning management mode can effectively prevent patients with instrumental pressure injury during ECMO adjuvant therapy,and reduce the risk of instrumental pressure injury,which has high clinical application value.
