基于IKAP的延续性护理在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨基于IKAP的延续性护理对急性胰腺炎患者健康行为、自我效能及再入院率的影响.方法:选择 2019 年 3 月至 2022 年 5 月本院收治的 39 例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象.依照随机数表法,将其分为观察组(n =20,实施基于IKAP的延续性护理)和对照组(n =19,实施常规护理模式).比较干预前、干预 1 个月后两组患者健康行为能力(健康行为量表评分)、自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分],对比出院后1、3 个月两组再入院率.结果:干预 1 个月后,两组患者健康行为量表评分、GSES评分均较干预前升高,并且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).出院后 1、3 个月,两组患者再入院率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:基于IKAP理论的延续性护理能增强急性胰腺炎患者健康行为,提高自我效能.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of IKAP-based continuous nursing on health behaviors,self-efficacy and readmission rate in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:Thirty-nine patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital between March 2019 and May 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n =20,received IKAP-based continuous nursing)and the control group(n =19,received routine nursing)according the random number table method.The health behavior ability(health behavior scale score),self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score]were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 1 month of intervention.The readmission rate of the two groups was compared at 1 month and 3 months after discharge.Results:After 1 month of intervention,the scores of health behavior scale and GSES scale in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the readmission rate between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after discharge(P＞0.05).Conclusion:IKAP-based continuous nursing theory can enhance the health behaviors,and enhance the self-efficacy in patients with acute pancreatitis.
