健康教育联合优质化护理干预在胃十二指肠溃疡并穿孔患者围手术期的应用分析

摘要
目的:探讨健康教育联合优质化护理干预在胃十二指肠溃疡并穿孔患者围手术期的效果.方法:选取2020 年 4 月至 2022 年 6 月本院收治的 126 例胃十二指肠溃疡并穿孔患者作为研究对象.根据干预模式,将其分为观察组(n =65,采取健康教育联合优质化护理)对照组(n =61,采取传统常规护理).对比两组心理状况焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁评价量表(PHQ-9)、生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)及并发症总发生率.结果:干预后,观察组SAS、PHQ-9 评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组QLQ-C30 评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组并发症总发生率(19.65%,12/61)低于对照组(6.13%,4/65),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:采取健康教育联合优质化护理对胃十二指肠溃疡并穿孔患者围手术期进行干预,可有效提高患者生活质量,缓解心理压力,减少并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of health education combined with quality nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with gastroduodenal ulcer and perforation.Methods:A total of 126 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer and perforation admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected.According to the intervention modes,they were divided into observation group(n =65,treated with health education combined with quality nursing)and control group(n =61,treated with traditional nursing).Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and depression assessment scale(PHQ-9),quality of life measurement scale(QLQ-C30),and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the SAS score and PHQ-9 score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the QLQ-C30 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(19.65%,12/61)was lower than that in the control group(6.13%,4/65),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Health education combined with high-quality nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients with gastroduodenal ulcer and perforation can effectively improve the life quality of patients,relieve psychological pressure and reduce the occurrence of complications.
