摘要
目的:探讨纽曼系统护理模式联合营养支持在皮肤癌广泛切除术后患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020年5 月至 2022 年 5 月在本院行广泛切除术后皮肤癌患者 72 例作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分成观察组(n =36,接受纽曼系统护理模式联合营养支持)和对照组(n =36,接受常规护理干预).比较 2 组干预前、后营养状况[白蛋白、血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)],负面情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分],以及并发症发生率.结果:与对照组比较,干预后观察组白蛋白、Hb、TRF均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后观察组 SAS、SDS 评分明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率(2.78%,1/36)低于对照组(22.22%,8/36),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:纽曼系统护理模式联合营养支持能改善皮肤癌广泛切除术后患者营养状况,减少其负面情绪.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of the Newman system nursing model combined with nutritional support in patients after extensive skin cancer resection.Methods:Seventy-two cases of skin cancer patients after extensive resection admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n =36,received Newman system nursing mode combined with nutritional support)and a control group(n = 36,received routine nursing intervention)using a random number table method.Compare nutritional status[albumin,hemoglobin(Hb),the negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores],and transferrin(TRF)]before and after intervention between the two groups,as well as the incidence of complications.Results:Compared with the control group,after intervention,albumin,Hb and TRF in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the scores of SAS,SDS were significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the incidence of complications of observation group(2.78%,1/36)was lower than that of control group(22.22%,8/36),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Newman system nursing model combined with nutritional support can improve the nutritional status of postoperative skin cancer patients and reduce their negative emotions.
