本研究探讨了"扩大选拔途径—考核基本素养—考核专业素养—考核综合素养""四阶段"选拔机制在职业技能大赛中的实践.通过结合本校多年在各级各类职业技能竞赛的选手选拔经验,自行设计的《健康类职业技能竞赛选手选拔与培养调查研究》问卷,从参赛意愿,参赛动机,选拔途径、训练需求分析等维度,对其参赛情况进行广泛调查.结果表明"四阶段"的选拔机制,在学生的基本素养、专业素养、综合素养等方面的能力选拔和提升上有积极地促进作用.不仅大幅度增加优秀选手选拔的精准率,更促进了大赛对选拔选手覆盖受益范围,营造出"人人可比赛,人人比技能"的学校大赛文化氛围.
Abstract
This study explores the practice of the"four stage"selection mechanism of"expanding selection channels-assessing basic literacy-assessing professional literacy-assessing comprehensive literacy"in vocational skills competitions.By combining years of experience in selecting athletes in various levels and vocational skills competitions at our school,we have designed a self-designed survey on the selection and training of athletes in health vocational skills competitions.From the dimensions of participation willingness,participation motivation,selection methods,and training needs analysis,we conducted a comprehensive investigation of their participation situation.The results indicate that the"four stage"selection mechanism has a positive promoting effect on the selection and improvement of students'basic literacy,professional literacy,comprehensive literacy,and other abilities.Not only does it significantly increase the accuracy of selecting outstanding players,but it also promotes the coverage and benefits of the competition for selected players,creating a school competition culture where everyone can compete and compete in skills.
