摘要
目的:探讨骨坏死康复丸治疗股骨头坏死的疗效.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 2 月本院收治的 80例股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=40,在针刺治疗基础上给予骨坏死康复丸治疗)和对照组(n=40,仅采取针刺治疗),两组均治疗 3 个月.比较两组患者治疗前、后的疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估]、髋关节功能[采用Harris髋关节评分系统(HHS)评估]以及血清骨钙素水平.结果:治疗后,观察组患者 VAS 评分低于对照组,HSS 评分、血清骨钙素水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:骨坏死康复丸治疗能够缓解股骨头坏死患者的疼痛程度,改善其髋关节功能,并能提高患者血清骨钙素水平.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of osteonecrosis rehabilitation pill on osteonecrosis of the femroal head.Methods:A total of 80 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=40,received osteonecrosis rehabilitation pills on the basis of acupuncture treatment)and control group(n=40,received acupuncture treatment only).Both groups received treatment for 3 months.The degree of pain,hip joint function,serum osteocalcin level of the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group,while the Harris hip joint(HSS)score and serum osteocalcin level were higher than those of control group,with statistical significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of osteonecrosis rehabilitation pill can alleviate the pain level of patients with osteonecrosis of the femroal head,improve their hip joint function,and increase their serum osteocalcin levels.
