体外磁波盆底治疗联合生物反馈电刺激对产后盆底功能障碍患者的效果

摘要
目的:探讨生物反馈电刺激与体外磁波盆底治疗联合用于产后盆底功能障碍(PFD)患者的效果.方法:选取 2021 年 7 月至 2023 年 7 月本院收治的 94 例产后PFD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=47,给予体外磁波盆底治疗联合生物反馈电刺激治疗)和对照组(n=47,给予体外磁波盆底治疗).比较两组患者治疗效果.结果:治疗后,研究组患者盆底肌力较对照组更高,盆底结构参数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者平均尿流率、最大膀胱容量高于对照组,残余尿量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:体外磁波盆底治疗与生物反馈电刺激联合治疗,可有效提高盆底肌力,促进患者盆底结构与尿动力学改善.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combining biofeedback electrical stimulation with extracorporeal magnetic wave pelvic floor therapy on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)patients.Methods:A total of 94 postpartum PFD patients admitted from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.they were randomly divided into study group(n=47,received vitro magnetic wave pelvic floor therapy combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation)and control group(n=47,received extracorporeal magnetic wave pelvic floor treatment)by random number table method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength in study group was higher than that in control group,and the pelvic floor structural parameters were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The average urine flow rate and maximum bladder capacity of study group were higher than those of control group,and the residual urine volume was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of extracorporeal magnetic wave pelvic floor therapy and biofeedback electrical stimulation can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle strength,promote the improvement of pelvic floor structure and urodynamics in patients.
