摘要

目的:探讨复方脑肽节苷脂联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者经炎症因子及神经营养因子的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 9 月本院收治的 89 例ACI患者作为研究对象.依据治疗方法,将其分为观察组(n=47,给予复方脑肽节苷脂联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗)和对照组(n=42,仅给予依达拉奉右莰醇治疗),两组均连续治疗 14d.比较两组患者治疗前及治疗 14d时炎症因子指标、神经营养因子指标及治疗期间不良反应发生率.结果:治疗后,观察组患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、高敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-ɑ水平低于对照组,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:复方脑肽节苷脂联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗ACI能够缓解患者炎症反应,保护脑神经,且安全性良好.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effects of compound neuropeptide gangliosides combined with edaravone dextrogenol on inflammatory and neurotrophic factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 89 patients with ACI in our hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group(n=47,treated with combination of compound neuropeptide gangliosides and edaravone dextrogenol)and control group(n=42,treated with edaravone dextrogenol only)according to the treatment method.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The inflammatory cytokine index,neurotrophic factor index,and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before and after 14 days of treatment.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the levels of serum interleukin(IL)-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-ɑ in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)were higher in observation group than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of compound neuropeptide gangliosides and edaravone dextrogenol can alleviate inflammation in patients with ACI,protect brain tissue,and have good safety.
